notepad++ cant connect using SFTP – Error during authentication: Invalid private key file – Stack Overflow

Notepad++’s SFTP client plug-in does not support keys in PPK (PuTTY) format.Try saving your key in OpenSSH (RSA) format and it should work just fine.
